FKT-1000M Rigid Box Magnet (Iron Sheets) Pasting Machine
FKT-1000M Rigid Box Magnet (Iron Sheets) Pasting Machine can produce at a speed of 30-35pcs/min. It has the functions of automatic paperboard feeding, gluing, and magnet insertion. The paperboard is fed by rollers to ensure smooth feeding.
This machine is an automatic magnet & metal sheet pasting machine, combining with our years of rich experience in researching and developing magnet pasting machinery.
Applied for drilling hole and magnet&metal sheet pasting on the board and case, on operator can handle the whole machine, which is high efficient and labor saving.
The machine adopts PLC control, servo drive, photoelectric detection and other latest technology, automatically complete many process such as board&case feeding, drilling hole, waste cleaning, gluing, magnet&metal sheeting pasting.
Adopt hook plate under the conveyor, it swings back and forth to move it without scratching the products. Rollers make up the chain to ensure smooth transmission.
Servo motor and ball screw ensure the accuracy of drilling (±0.05mm) and consistence of hole depth. Digital control of hole depth makes it easy to debug in all directions.
Automatic waste cleaning system containing an airblower sucks dust or other waste through the pipe simultaneously with the drilling process.
Original US brand Nordson hot-melt gluing system completes gluing process automatically and continuously. The glue volume can be controlled by touch screen accurately.
Adopt servo drive, ensure high speed and high precision. Machine includes one set of magnet mold and one set of metal sheet mold as standard configuration.
Conveyor table collect the finished products in the end. Select continuous mode for inspection or stack mode for complete products.
