Process Flow Diagram
This machine can automatic feed the hard cover and then spray onto the hard cover. The glue on the hard cover is even, which can decrease the gap between the hard cover and the wings.
This machine is specially designed and developed for the small order of foldable rigid box. We need an operator to put the box-before-forming onto the machine’s table, and then the machine will wrap up the wings, and then wrap up the hard cover, and form a ready foldable rigid box. It needs a set of customized molds according to the real box, thus the ready box is accurate and beautiful.
