FKT Box Assembly Machine is equipped with high-performance PLC control system and servo drive to realize the automated production of multiple processes such as box feeding, gluing, picking, positioning, forming, etc. The high-speed production capacity can reach 25 pieces/minute, meeting the needs of efficient production and batch manufacturing.
In the production process of collapsible boxes, wing positioning is a shortcoming of the automation industry. With years of industry experience, FKT has developed a Collapsible Box Making Machine that can produce 7 board collapsible box to solve this problem.
This machine is an automatic magnet&metal sheet pasting machine, combining with our years of rich experience in researching and developing magnet pasting machinery.
FKT Inner Box Spray Glue machine mainly used in cosmetic box, wine box, tea box, etc. It adopts servo drive completes the inner box spraying glue. The gluing speed is fast, the positioning accuracy is high, and the production speed can reach 14-20pcs/min.
This Ribbon Inserting Machine is widely used for the gift boxes and luxury boxes, drawer boxes, and book type boxes, etc. This machine adopts PLC, HMI, servo motors and pneumatic cylinders to feed the ribbon, spray glue onto the box, insert the ribbon and cut the ribbon fully automatically. The ribbon length, the folded ribbon length, the pasted ribbon length are all adjustable. And the material of the ribbon can be nylon, polyester, silk, satin, gauze, paper, leather, etc.
Rigid boxes are widely used for luxury boxes, gift boxes, jewlery boxes, cosmetic boxes, 3C boxes, shoe boxes, wine boxes, and so on. And to produce a rigid box, we need to groove the greyboard, tape the greyboard board, coat glue onto the paper, put the greyboard and paper together, and then wrap the box. For the cover box, it also has the magnets on.
Book cases are for book, menus, calanders, and cover boxes, etc. The hard cover consists of a bigger cover paper and some smaller greyboard. The cover will be coated with hot glue or cold glue before the greyboard(s) is attached on. Then the four sides of the cover is folded over the greyboard(s). Sometimes, the greyboard will be pasted with metal sheet.

How can customer know the processes of order?
We will take photo or video during manufacturing every two weeks to make customer clear about the order. When goods is finished,we will take more detailed photos or video for inspect.
How about warranty and spare parts?
We've got agents and service team in quite many foreign countries, you can choose the service from Chinese side or your local side. We have our own machining center and a big stock of components which can guarantee the soonest new component arrival on site.
