FKT-1050A Semi-auto Cover Box Assembly Machine
This machine is a semi-automatic box assembly machine developed based on years of experience in box-making technology. It adopts PLC control, servo drive, and photoelectric detection technology to automatically complete cover feeding, gluing, and box pressing, while manual assembly is still required. The machine can spray glue on either the case or the inner box, and can also be used solely as a glue spraying machine—offering multi-functionality in one unit. It is lightweight, space-saving, and easy to adjust. Compared to other machines that are not suitable for assembling large box types, this model holds a clear advantage.
This machine is fully automatic and original structure design. It adopts two groups of push knife plate splitting mechanism. The contact surface between the shell and the bearing mechanism is small, which ensures that the shell does not deform and scratch. It is especially suitable for high-end products with high requirements.
Adopt linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing, direct coating and side coating can be switched by one key, and the gluing is flexible. This machine is optional with hot and cold double glue system, to ensure no worry about opening glue in any environment. It can draw any shape (except arc).
After the positioning job, here is a pneumatic cylinder to press the box onto the hard cover, which can erase the gap and gain a better bonding.
