FKT-9045C High Speed Hardcover Box Assembly Machine applied for book box assembly, EVA and other thin products. It adopts two groups of push knife plate splitting mechanism which ensures that the shell does not deform and scratch.The minimum case size is 110mm*55mm.

A positioning platform is added to adjust the deformed inner box or frame and correct the deviation before positioning
This machine is fully automatic and original structure design. It adopts two groups of push knife plate splitting mechanism. The contact surface between the shell and the bearing mechanism is small, which ensures that the shell does not deform and scratch. It is especially suitable for high-end products with high requirements.
Adopt linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing, direct coating and side coating can be switched by one key, and the gluing is flexible. This machine is optional with hot and cold double glue system, to ensure no worry about opening glue in any environment. It can draw any shape (except arc).
Adopt servo and ball screw and use 4 suckers for picking and positioning, which needs no need of mold.This design is simple adjustment, efficient and cost effective.
Automatically positions and compresses the sides of the box to ensure side pressing is completed before the glue dries. This prevents defects caused by inconsistent manual operation, such as excessive gaps and poor appearance. The unit can press one side, two sides, or four sides as needed.
