This machine is a basic model for applying the magnets onto the greyboard. The whole machine is small and compact, which is very much suitable to the small order or small workshop.
It has two working position which can pick, glue and attach 2 magnets at the same time. It is standard to apply the round magnet, and optional to apply the square magnet.
This machine is controlled by PLC and then adjusted by HMI, and all movements are driven by stepper motor and pneumatic cylinder, which is very easy adjusting and fast change.
