Movable Luxury Box Glue Spraying Machine
This machine is a very flexible and moveable spray glue machine, elaborately developed for high-quality luxury packaging. Applied for rigid box (both on wall and on bottom) and hard cover spraying. It can be joined with client’s existing conveyor so that no additional floor space is needed.
The machine adopts PLC control, servo drive, photoelectric detection and other latest technology, making it perfectly suitable for small orders and compact workshops.
The gluing head is fixed on the gantry robot by servo and linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing. Features 3 servos for X, Y, and Z axes, plus 1 servo on the head for rotation.
Controlled by servo motor for accurate and powerful movement. The conveyor is locked onto the frame but removable, allowing the machine to join existing client conveyors without adding line length.
Many built-in functions for complex glue paths: straight line, circle, triangle, rectangle, octagon, and more.
4 versatile functions: 1. on hard cover, 2. on box bottom, 3. on box wall, 4. on both box bottom and walls.
