FKT-755 Automatic Rigid Box Corner Pasting Machine
This Rigid Box Corner Pasting Machine is for shaping the greyboard into a box, by applying PVC tapes or kraft tape on to the corners of the greyboards.
It feeds the board from the pile bottom, and has the POM mold to form the greyboard into a box. Then it stretch a certain length of tapes, cut the tape, heat the metal mold and attach the tapes onto the shaped box. The whole process is fully automatic and fast. It can produce the smallest box such ring boxes, and also the biggest box such as shoe boxes. So it is widely used in the luxury rigid box production factory.
It can be connected to a rigid box gluing and positioning line which makes the rigid box making machine line more intelligent.
Tape 4 corners at the same time
Feeds boards from the bottom, forms them using POM molds, and applies heated tape to all four corners simultaneously for maximum throughput.
Engineered to handle everything from micro-scale ring boxes (35x35mm) to industrial-sized shoe boxes (480x450mm).
Ready for direct connection to automatic gluing and positioning lines, enabling a fully smart rigid box production environment.
