FKT-9045G Automatic High Speed Smart Cover Box Assembly Machine
This machine is a multi-function box assembly machine, which is elaborately organized and developed by our company according to the diversified trend of high-quality box products and the requirements of customers, combining with our years of rich experience in researching and developing box machinery.
The whole machine is equipped with servos to shorten the changeover time. lt has memory function for 1 key change sizes, simple and efficient. It also has full protection on the operator targeting the European standard. Now the appearance is designed more beautiful and functional.
This machine is suitable to assemble the box on hard cover, frame on hardcover, box in box, frame in box, etc. Multiple functions on the same machine help to tackle the issues from sall orders, small rooms, and varous types. The machines adopts PLC control, servo drive, photoelectric detecion and other latest technology, automatically complete many process such as: case feeding ,gluing, box feding,assembly and positioning, side pressing and molding.
This machine is full automatic and original structure design. It adopts two groups of push knife plate splitting mechanism. The contact surface between the cover and the bearing mechanism is small, which ensures that the cover does not deform or scratch. It is especially suitable for high-end products with high requirements. The hard cover width on Gluing Unit and Pressing Unit is automatically changed when the Case Feeding Unit is adjusted.
Adopt linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing. Direct spraying and side spraying can be switched by one key, and the gluing is flexible. Optional with hot and cold double glue system, to ensure no worry about opening glue in any environment. All shapes of gluing path is applied for any job wanted. After changeover to a new box, this system can calculate the gluing path according to the case size and box size which was input by the operator.
At the end of this unit there is positioning platform to adjust the deformed inner box or frame and correct the deviation before positioning. This unit is controlled by servo, the movement is fluent, efficient and precise.
Two functions are integrated in this unit: four corner holding and suction, simple adjustment, no need of mold, less changeover time and no mold costs. It also re-shape the deformation box/frame so as to reduce the defective rate. There are high power servo motors on 2 sides of the lifting, and this highly increases the machine speed while maintaining the high accuracy.
Sink type molding unit brings the box to be pressed from any side, powerful and even, guaranteeing the glue to be thick and tight in the open time. This design can mostly avoid the gap and ugly appearance on the finished box. The quantity of pressing sides can be selected.
