FKT-850G Automatic Grooving Machine
The Automatic Grooving Machine type is standard with V shape and optional with U shape. The grooving accuracy is ±0.1mm. So it suitable for processing various models of rigid boxes and cover cases.
This grooving machine has a big drum inside, which allows the boards travel around the inner part of the machine. The board was fed from the top, bypass the back, and exits from the bottom.
Several belts are tightly pressing the board while the boards are traveling on the big drum. The knives are fixed according to the product’s notch position.
Features a large internal drum that guides boards through a continuous path, ensuring stable and consistent grooving.
Standard configuration supports V-shape grooving with an optional U-shape configuration for specialty box designs.
Utilizes multiple high-tension belts to hold boards firmly against the drum during travel, maintaining high accuracy.
